Q. How does the site work?
A. You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can then add them to your cart and click on check out. If you are a new customer you have to make an account so that You let us know your address, phone number, mail, payment method etc. Shopstick sales personnel will then deliver your order right to your desired place.
Q. How much do deliveries cost?
A. There is a flat BDT 30 delivery fee. If the order value is more than BDT 1000, there will be no delivery charge except rice. As rice would be a weighty product there will be a lifting charge of BDT 25 for a 25kg pack and BDT 40 for a 50kg pack.

Q. How long do the deliveries take?
A. Basically we are serving as sort as possible time as it depends on our delivery pressure. But we can say that you will get your product within 24 hours. In case of perishable goods we will try to reach to you within the shortest possible time. Again if there is any emergency, you can ask to deliver the order urgently. Outside the city area the order may be needed some time more than that of the city area.
Q. What are your delivery hours?
A. We deliver from 10 am to 8 pm every day. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you. Emergency order can be picked up afterwards.
Q. How do I know when my order is here?
A. A shopstick sales personnel will call you as soon as they are ready to deliver the items at you destination, your house/office.
Q. How do I pay?
A. You can use online payment get way to pay the amount you purchased. We accept cash on delivery as well. Don’t worry, our sales personnel should always carry enough change.
Q. Do you serve my area?
A. We are currently serving the city area of Khulna. But there are some products you can order which will be delivered through parcel service.
Q. I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?

Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?
A. Please Immediately call +880-1923-211 211 and let us know the problem. Again there are some products you can return within seven days.
Q. What if the item is out of stock?
A. We hold our own inventory in our warehouse, so we rarely run out of stock. However, we will try our best to source what your need. If we cannot find it, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available.
Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?
A. It is a very good question. Basically I want to inform you the difference between us and the store near at your house. Actually we are an online super market where you can easily find your desired products with a scrolling of your gadget. Our prices are sometimes lower than that of major superstores in the city. Again we assure you the best quality products in our store. So, there is really many reasons to buy from us.
Q. What about the prices?
A. We are trying our best to offer you below the market prices. Our prices are the same as the local market and we are working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.
Q. How do you deliver?
A. We use our own logistics to deliver. It is our duty to deliver the products within the shortest possible time.
Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. There will be a seven days refund timeline on unopened products. For perishable products like, milk, fruits, vegetables, fishes etc, you have to let us know as soon as possible.
Q. Can I get a refund via cash?
A. Yes, if the transaction is held in cash.
Q. What is your discounting policy?
A. Actually the are some products for which managing discount is very difficult. Although we are trying to give you up to 50% discount to some products. Again most of the items in our site are discounted for example if a product’s MRP is 150, we are selling it 135, there is already a 10% discount prevails. Moreover there are some items where you can use code and get discount which has been kept for customers on status basis.

Q. What about quality?
A. It is always our concern to satisfy you with the best quality products. But if you are dissatisfied, you can easily return it to us.
Q. How are you sourcing your products?
A. We sell only authentic and unadulterated products and so we source our products from the manufacturers, farmers, whole sellers and importers.
Q. Should I tip the delivery representative?
A. It is your choice but not required. Everybody wants recognition. If you give tip, the personnel will get it entirely.
